正交试验优选血脂胶囊提取工艺
Orthogonal Optimization of Extracting Technology for Xuezhi Capasules
【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱分析 ,应用正交试验优选血脂胶囊提取工艺 .结果发现 ,最佳提取工艺为药材加 5倍量 70 %乙醇回流提取 2次 ,2h 次 .
【Abstract】 HPLC method is used in orthogonal optimization of Xuezhi Capsules.The results show that the best condition is adding 5 times of 70% alcohol,reflux-extractin for 2 times and 2 hours per pass.
