【摘要】 用不同浓度 2 ,4 D处理小麦种子的结果显示 ,在适宜的浓度范围内 ,2 ,4 D能促进小麦种子的萌发和根尖细胞的分裂 ,而超出该浓度范围则有明显的抑制作用 .本文通过对小麦种子萌发率、胚根长势和胚根生长点的细胞分裂指数的观察统计 ,证实其适宜的浓度范围是在 10 - 4 ～ 10 - 3 g L之间 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Common wheat seeds were treated by different concentration of 2,4 -D. It was showed that,in the appropriate concentration (10 -4 ～10 {-3 }?g/L),2,4 -D could promote the seed germination and cell division, but played an inhibitory role in higher concentrations.更多还原
