【Abstract】 To establish the system of modern university suiting the socialist market economy is the goal of the reform of management in our colleges and universities.The system of modern university has a four fold meaning:the prerequisite being in conformity to the system of socialist market economy and the laws of higher education;the core being to face the society and running the school independently in accordance with the law;exercising democratic management;the feature being conducting academic autonomy,with school running independent of politics,but with clear responsibility and scientific management;the key being the establishment of legal person system of the achool.更多还原
