教师专业化与山东省师范教育结构调整
Teaching as a Profession and the Structural Adjustment of Normal Education of Shandong Province
【摘要】 教师专业化是当前各国师范教育发展的根本趋势。师范教育走向专业化将是未来 15年山东省师范教育改革与发展的核心。山东省未来 15年师范教育结构调整的目标设定为 :提高中小学教师学历结构及专业化水平 ,提升师范教育办学层次 ,促进教师教育一体化 ,实现开放性培养体系。
【Abstract】 Teaching as a profession is the basic trend of normal education all over the world.After analyzing the present situation of Shandong normal education,we established the goal and gave the suggestions for its professional development in the future 15 years:improving teachers’ record of formal schooling and professional standard;raising levels of educational institution;promoting one-body teacher education;opening training system to the public;optimizing curriculum structure;strengthening the construction of teachers of higher normal colleges.
