大体积混凝土通仓浇筑水平约束应力分析
Horizontal Restraint Stress Analysis for Full Length Placement of Mass Concrete Blocks
【摘要】 以混凝土拱坝的一个坝段为例,通过仿真分析方法,在同等条件下计算了不同浇筑块长度的温度过程与应力发展过程。从各块体中部最高温度、最大水平约束应力、断面平均水平约束应力、典型点应力发展过程、正反向应力变幅5个方面,比较系统地阐述了大体积混凝土通仓浇筑问题。分析结果在一定程度上支持了混凝土超长浇筑块施工。
【Abstract】 In this paper a concrete column block is used as a sample to study temperature and stress developing process when the block length varies from 20m,40m,60m,80m upto 120m by method of simulation analysis.Full length placement of large concrete block is systematically expounded from the max temperature,max horizontal stress,average section stress,stress development process of typical points and maxium variation range of horizontal stress in the middle section of each block.The analysis results support full length placement of extra long concrete blocks.
