【摘要】 运用体外培养技术 ,培养大鼠主动脉SMC ,以加高脂血清和加中药等不同培养基进行分组培养 ,取细胞进行指标检测。结果表明 :调肝导浊中药可抑制SMC原癌基因C -myc及PDGF -R的表达。提示该中药可有效阻断SMC增殖的关键环节 ,从而阻止As发生发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the technology of in vitro culture, we cultured smooth muscle cell of aorta and treated with high lipid serum or traditional Chinese medicine respectively in different groups to investigate effect of Modulating Liver and Eliminating Turbidity herbs on preventing proliferation of aortic smooth muscular cell of rat. Then we assayed expression of C-myc and PDGF-A of smooth muscle cell. Transfering liver lead turbid traditional Chinese medicine suppressed expression of C-myc and PDGF-R of smooth muscle cell.Results show that this traditional Chinese medicine block key link who SMC breeds effectively, thus prevent AS from taking place and developing.更多还原
