【摘要】 为研究医用高分子材料的细胞毒性 ,采用能快速评定细胞增殖率和细胞毒性的比色分析方法—MTT比色法 ,分别检测三类医用高分子材料的浸提液对小鼠成纤维细胞L92 9细胞相对增殖率的影响 ,评价其细胞毒性。参照美国药典的评价标准 ,三类医用高分子材料均呈现出高的细胞相对增殖率 ,其细胞毒性为 1级 ,即无细胞毒性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To test the cytotoxicity of polymeric material for medical use,L-929 mouse fibroblasts were used to detect the cell relative proliferation rate of extracted liquid of three kinds polymeric material for medical use by MTT-assay.The results indicated that the relative growth rate induced was high, and the cytotoxicity was 1 grade according to the test standard of USP, meaning that the material had no cytotoxicity.更多还原
