【Abstract】 The construction of both morals and organization culture is important to the university culture and ideological progress.The former includes “knowledge”and “behavior”.It seems mandatory and has more value of social function.While the later has a more profound and extensive range.Because of its strong permeability and influence,it decides the special spirit nature of a university,and indicates the university future.Therefore,there exist internal relations and interaction between them.In this paper,the internal relations between the university moral construction and organization culture will be explored,the mutual promotion and inner principle between the two will also te revealed.The purpose is to promote the working systematicness and common progress of university moral construction and organization culture.更多还原
