【Abstract】 The society in this century,a society of knowledge economy and one pushed by education,is also a society full of competition.The journals in adult colleges should have a team of editors high in quality and good at learning through their whole life in order to win the competition and get survived and developed in it.To meet the needs of the present time in developing the journals in adult colleges and improving their own knowledge structure,the journal editors should learn through their whole life and learn by every means,and should renew their knowledge,improve their quality,reinforce the ability to take part in the competition so that the adult college can achieve sustainable development.更多还原
