试论高校思想政治工作的系统性

【摘要】 高校思想政治工作,要系统性地开展,重要的是政工人员的整体素质。一个合格的思想政治工作者必须具有坚定的政治立场和党性原则。在当今重经轻政的情况下,要运用马克思主义的精神可以变物质的原理去宣传党的十六大精神和“三个代表”的重要思想,使师生便于接受并成为动力,另外还要注重工作的方法,采取因势利导,因时制宜,做到动之以情,晓之以理,导之以行。对这项极其复杂的系统工程,要把它看作是一个立体、交叉的网络结构。它既是高校思想政治工作者的工作,也是全社会的工作。只有整个社会上下、左右协调一致,通力合作,高校的思想政治工作之花才会结出累累硕果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The college ideological and political work should be developed systematically. The key, to the work is the whole quality of political workers. A qualified ideological and political worker must have firm political stand, the party spirit and principle. Under the present circumstances of taking economy more seriously than politics,it is necessary to delve and publicize the party’s spirit of the 16th people’ s congress and the important thought of "Three Represents"by wielding the fundamental tenets of Marxism. So, it can be easily accepted as impetus by teachers and students. Besides, we should lay stress on the way of work which adroitly guide action according to circumstances and take measures suited to the time to have the students’ passions aroused and instruct them with models. The complicated systems engineering should be regarded as a stereoscopical and interconnected structure.
