【Abstract】 Although it’s not a new problem that is difficult to choose careers for women college students and it’s not equal in obtaining employment for the female,it arouses more and more general concern in women circle. The unequalment of obtaining employment it a problem of discrimination against woment viertually. It not only affects the whole quality of women and the constant development of this,but also restricts the development of social culture.
