【Abstract】 The defence and protection of the weak groups of juveniles in rights and interests is more and more paid attenion to by the society, while their spiritual maltreatment is usually ignored. This article,from the basic concept definition,enumerates concrete behaviour of this phenomenon in the society, analyses its harm and reason done to the weak groups of juveniles and brings up the counter-measures against it.更多还原
