【Abstract】 Water resources shortage and water soil environment aggravation in China restrict seriously the sustainable development of agriculture, even the whole national economy. This paper applies fuzzy relation optimal decision model of multi objective system to crop plant structure which is closely related to the agricultural water resources optimal allocation, fully considers ceconomic, ecologic, social and environmental reguirements etc., and provides theoretical guide for the sustainable development of regional agriculture.
