【摘要】 综述了冬虫夏草[Cordycepssinensis(Berk.)Sacc]及其代用品真菌多糖化学结构以及生物活性研究现状。从冬虫夏草及其代用品真菌多糖与食药用真菌多糖研究开发成果看,冬虫夏草及其代用品多糖研究开发应考虑其构效关系以及物质间的协同作用。同时结合食药用真菌多糖产品带来的良好社会经济效益以及冬虫夏草及其代用品广泛的生物活性,指出在糖生物学将成为生命科学研究新前沿的21世纪,冬虫夏草及其代用品真菌多糖有良好的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,current situation on chemical structure and bioactivity of polysaccharides of Cordyceps sinensis (Berk.) Sacc and its substitute were summarized. Combined with the achievements of studies on polysaccharides of the C.sinensis and its substitute and the edible and medicinal mushroom,the paper indicated that the connection of structure and function and the reciprocal actions of different components should be studied further. At the same time , the extensive bioactivity of Cordyceps, the profound effect of polysaccharides of edible and medicinal mushroom,good application prospect of polysaccharides of C.sinensis and its substitutes were put forward .更多还原
