对管理学专业研究生教育与培养的探讨
Probe into the education of graduates majoring in Management
【摘要】 管理学研究生的特点是:注重理论基础,更重学术个性;社会信息是其成才发展的源泉。在其教育和培养过程中存在的问题是:政治思想教育应进一步加强;培养模式不适应学科特点;实践锻炼欠缺。加强其教育与培养的对策应采取:重视和加强研究生的思想政治工作;改变教学模式,加强实践性教学环节;培养研究生的综合能力等。
【Abstract】 This article analyzes the characteristics of graduates majoring in Management and relates the problems in education and at last it suggests some countermeasures to improve the cultivation of graduates.
