【Abstract】 Commercial secret is a kind of technological and managing information which is not known to public but can bring economic profits to obligees who have taken measures to keep this secret.This paper introduces the current situation of laws on protecting commercial secret in our country and points out the shortage of the current legislation.Arangging from the model of legislation to the detailed rule of laws,this paper aims at suggesting how to perfect laws on protecting commercial secret in our country.更多还原
