【Abstract】 The determination of carboplatin by high performance liquid chromatography was reported.Using methanol-water(30∶70 v/v) as mobial phase and controlling the folw rate at 1.2ml/min,carboplatin was completely separated from the impurity.The linear range is from 4 to 48 μg/ml at the detection wavelength of 238nm,and the average recoveries of carboplatin are 99%.The method is simple and sensitive.Which would be suitable for the determination of both carboplatin and carboplatin preparation.更多还原
