变壁厚弯管工艺加热温度的检测与控制

【摘要】 加热温度的监测与控制 ,对热推变壁厚弯管工艺具有十分重要的意义。根据辐射测温原理 ,以单片机为核心设计出了光电比色测温系统。该系统用被测物的亮温替代实际温度 ,用查表程序由单片机自动校准误差 ,在 5 0 0~10 0 0℃范围内 ,相对误差为± 1%。该光电比色测温系统为曲锥芯棒上热推变壁厚弯管提供了有效的温度检测与控制方法。

【Abstract】 The measurement and control of heating temperature is of great significance to the process of the heat-pushing unequal bending tube. According to the theory of radiation temperature measurement, the system of photoelectrometer temperature measurement based on a single-chip computer is designed. The radiant temperature of the object to be measured is used as the real temperature in the measurement system. The measurement error is corrected by the looking up tables program of the single chip computer. The relative error is less than 1% in the range from 500 ℃ to 1000℃. The valid means of the measurement and control of temperature of the heat-pushing unequal elbow on a core bar is offered by the photoelectrometer temperature measurement system.
