【摘要】 对甲基苯酚与苯乙酰氯酯化得到苯乙酸 (4 甲基 )苯酯 ;然后在三氯化铝使用下重排得到苄基 (2 羟基 5 甲基 )苯基酮 ;此酮经硫酸二甲酯甲基化得到苄基 (2 甲氧基 5 甲基 )苯基酮 ,再和甲酸铵反应得到 1 (2 甲氧基 5 甲基苯基 )苯乙胺 ,最后经氢溴酸水解得到 1 (2 羟基 5 甲基苯基 )苯乙胺。所有中间体和最终产品的结构由红外 (IR)分析、元素分析、核磁共振 (1 HNMR)分析得到证实更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,p tolyl phenylacetate was prepared from the reaction of 4 methyphenol and phenylacetyl chloride.2 hydroxy 5 methylphenyl benzyl actone was obstained through a rearrangement reaction using AlCl 3 as catalyst.Then hydroxy was methylated by Me 2SO 4 under PTC conditions.Then 2 methoxy 5 methylphenyl benzyl actone was aminated by HCO 2NH 4,and 1 (2 methoxy 5 methylphenyl)phenethylamine was obstained.At last 1 (2 hydroxy 5 methylphenyl)phenethylamine was obstained by hydrosis reaction using hydrobromide.The structures of intermediate were confirmed by IR?element analysis and 1HNMR spectra.更多还原
