间羧基偶氮羧褪色光度法测定痕量Cr(Ⅵ)的研究
Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Chromium(Ⅵ) with m -Carbocxy-Carboxyazo
【摘要】 研究了变色酸偶氮羧类试剂间羧基偶氮羧与铬(Ⅵ)反应的影响因素。发现在硝酸介质中、表面活性剂存在下,变色酸间羧基偶氮羧与铬(Ⅵ)具有高灵敏的裉色反应,铬(Ⅵ)量在0~88μg/L之间符合比尔定律,其摩尔吸光系数达到2.9×105L·mol-1·cm-1。建立了光度法测定铬的新方法。
【Abstract】 The fading reaction of m -carbocxy-carboxyazo with Cr2O72- is studied. In the medium of surface active agent and nitric acid, the fading reaction has high sensibility. The Beer’s law is obeyed in the 0-88 pg/L range of Cr(Ⅵ) content, and the molar absorptivity of reaction is 2. 9 × 105 L ·mol -1 · cm-1. So the new method determining trace chromium is developed. This method can be used to the determination of chromium in water and alloy steel samples.
