【摘要】 目的　评价奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效与安全性。方法　对 80例精神分裂症患者随机分成两组 ,分别给予奥氮平与氯丙嗪治疗 8周 ,采用PANSS评价临床疗效 ,TESS评价不良反应。结果　奥氮平组治疗前后PANSS减分率为 4 2 .4 % ,有效率为 82 .5 % ;氯丙嗪组治疗前后PANSS减分率为 37.5 % ,有效率为 70 %。奥氮平组未见严重的药物不良反应 ,安全性好。结论　奥氮平治疗精神分裂症有效性好、安全性高、可行性强更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia were assigned into olanzapine group and chlorpromazine group for 8 weeks.PANSS and TESS scales were used to measure the efficacy and safety.Results The effective rates of olanzapine and chlorpromazine were 82.5% and 70.0%respectively.The reduction rates of PANSS total score in olanzapine and chlorpromazine were 42.4% and 37.5% respectively.There were significant differences in effective rate and reduction rate between two groups.No severe side effect was found in olanzapine group.Conclusion Olanzapion was effective,safe and feasible to treat schizophrenia.更多还原
