2-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑的合成
Synthesis of 2-Mercapto-1,3,4-Thiadiazole
【摘要】 研究了 2 -巯基 -1,3 ,4-噻二唑的合成 ,探讨了反应温度、配料比对产品收率的影响。鉴定了产品的结构 ,测定了产品的熔点及含量 ,其结果与文献值相符。
【Abstract】 Synthesis of 2-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole was studied,and the optimal reaction conditions were found by experiments.The construction of the product was analyzed by IR and NMR spectrum.Assay and melting point of the product were determinated by analysis,the results accord with theoretical value.
