基于ADS1240的RTD精确温度测量系统设计
The design of RTD accurate temperature measurement based on ADS1240
【摘要】 介绍了基于ADS1240的RTD精确温度测量系统的工作原理和性能特点.该系统利用高性能的模数转换器ADS1240的多路输入通道允许模拟输入任意组合的独特特性,与RTD相结合,使整个测量系统具有高精度、高分辨率、低成本、控制简单的特点.还介绍了以AVR单片机AT90S8535为主机的测量程序设计方法,最后对测量结果进行了分析.
【Abstract】 Based on ADS1240,the principle and characteristics for RTD accurate temperature measurement are discussed. Integrating an RTD with an A/D converter ADS1240,in which the input multiplexer allows any combination of analog input, the system possesses good accuracy ,high resolution,low cost,simple interface with MPU. Also the design method of measuring programme is introduced for MPU AVR AT90S8535. At the end, the measuring data is analysed.
