确定硬质合金刀具可靠度的理论研究
Theoretical study on reliability of cemented carbide tool
【摘要】 硬质合金刀具断续切削淬硬钢时,刀具的主要失效形式是疲劳破损.确定刀具的可靠度对于提高自动化加工系统的可靠性有十分重要的意义.利用刀具内最大拉应力超过刀具材料临界疲劳应力作为刀具失效的判据,把刀具看成一系列小单元组成的串联系统,利用干涉理论确定出每个单元的可靠度,进而建立了刀具的可靠性模型.并给出了确定临界疲劳应力分布的过程.
【Abstract】 Fatigue fracture is the main failure pattern for cemented carbide tools when intermittently machining hardened steel. Tool reliability is very important for automatic machining system. A criterion for the tool failure that the maximum tensile stress inside the tool exceeds the critical fatigue stress of the tool material is adopted. The tool is regarded as a serial system of a number of little units. By applying the interference theory, every unit’s reliability is determined and the reliability model of the tool system is built. The process to determine the distribution of the critical fatigue stress is also presented.
