【Abstract】 The article introduces the hypothesis method about simple point timing signal time assignment and traveling capability, and analyzes the running status of vehicles through the intersection and the basic principle of the "conflict spot"method. With the help of the "conflict spot" method, the computational method of simple point timing signal and traveling capability are determined.
