【Abstract】 Organized crime has been an issue concerned by legislature, judicial circles and scholars. This thesis mainly discusses criminal responsibility of organized crime, which includes criminal responsibility of the individuals in the criminal organization and that of the criminal organization itself. Moreover, this thesis puts forward some suggestions to amend and perfect the stipulation on organized crime in Chinese Penal Code.更多还原
