壳聚糖酶产生菌的筛选及其酶解产物的初步研究
Primary Studies on the Screening of Chitosanase-Producing Microorganism and Analysis of Enzymatic Hydrolysates
【摘要】 采用平板透明圈法从 19株腐皮镰孢菌 (Fusariumsolani)中筛选到 1株产壳聚糖酶的菌株 ( 0 114 ) .摇瓶培养表明 ,该菌壳聚糖酶的产生不需要壳聚糖诱导 ;该菌培养 84h达到产酶高峰 ,酶的最适作用温度为 5 0℃ .4 5mU mL作用酶量 ,5 0℃下处理 6h ,壳聚糖的降解率达 2 6 .7% ,薄层层析分析表明酶解产物中壳寡糖含量较高
【Abstract】 One strain formed halo on chitosan containing agar was got from 19 Fusarium solani strains tested. Chitosanase can be produced without chitosan. The enzyme catalyzed the hydrolysis of chitosan and showed a maximum activity at 50?℃. The hydrolysis rate of chitosan with the chitosanse at 50?℃ for 6?h was 26.7%.
