【摘要】 本文在对经济增长中资本要素作用有关研究成果总结和批判的基础上 ,通过建立资本配置效率测算的计量模型 ,对中国经济增长中资本配置效率进行了实证分析。分析结果显示 ,中国资本配置制度安排上的缺陷使资本配置效率低下。为了使中国资本配置合理化 ,必须创新和完善制度安排 ,使资本配置制度由“政府主导型”向“市场主导型”转变。更多还原

【Abstract】 After summing up the study of the effects of capital in economic growth, the author analyses positively the efficiency of capital allocation in economic growth of China depending on setting up the quantitative model about judging the performance of the allocation of capital. The positive result shows that the reason of the efficiency of capital allocation of China being low is the internal limitations of the system of capital allocation. For the sake of optimizing the allocation of capital in China, we should innovate the system continually and try hard to change the system of the allocation of capital in china from government domination to market domination.更多还原
