【摘要】 目的 :探讨乳腺癌患者中C erbB 2基因的表达情况与各临床病理参数之间的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化SP法 ,研究 15 6例乳腺癌患者中C erbB 2基因的表达。结果 :C erbB 2基因的表达与病人患病时年龄无相关性 ,而与癌组织学类型、淋巴结转移、临床分期及术后生存期的长短有相关性。结论 :C erbB 2基因表达可望作为乳腺癌研究中的重要指标之一 ,对乳腺癌预后判定可能有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of C-erbB-2 gene and clinical and pathological factors of patients with breast cancer.Methods:Using the SP method of immunohistochemistry,156 breast cancer patients were analyzed for their status of the expression of C-erbB-2 gene.Results:Significant relationship was found between positive expression of C-erbB-2 gene and lymph node metastasis,histological type,clinical stage and the length of postoperative survive period,but the expression showed no correlation with patient’s age.Conclusion:The expression of C-erbB-2 gene is closely related with the development of breast cancer and may be one of those significant prognostic factors.更多还原
