【摘要】 目的　探讨子宫动脉栓塞术 (uterinearterialembolization ,UAE)或髂内动脉栓塞术 (internaliliacarteryemboliza tion ,IIAE)治疗产后大出血临床效果。方法　对 13例不同原因的产后大出血采用明胶海绵为栓塞剂行UAE ,或IIAE治疗。结果　所有病例均一次栓塞成功 ,止血效果 10 0 %,无严重并发症。结论　UAE或IIAE是治疗产后大出血的有效方法 ,它具有止血迅速、疗效肯定、手术时间短、创伤小、保留子宫等优点 ,是替代子宫切除治疗产后大出血更有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the clinical effects of uterine arterial embolization(UAE) or internal iliac artery embolization(IIAE) on postpartum massive hemorrhage. Methods UAE/IIAE was performed with isinglass sponge in 13 different causal postpartum massive hemorrhage cases. Results The embolization succeed in all cases with the first treatment. The stanching rate was 100% and no severe complication was observed. Conclusion UAE/IIAE characterized by its instant stanching,certain curative effect,short operation time,minor trauma,and uterine saving etc,is a more effective way than the hysterectomy for the treatment of postpartum massive hemorrhage,and is a good substitute for the latter.更多还原
