【摘要】 目的　分析引起绝经后阴道出血的病因及诊刮的临床依据。方法　对 370例绝经后阴道出血患者进行临床及病理资料分析。结果　因非器质性疾病引起的出血占 57 83% ,良性疾病占 2 7 56 % ,恶性疾病占 1 4 59%。患者出血时年龄大 (>60岁 )、绝经年限长 (>1 0年 )及出血距初诊时间长 (>2月 ) ,则恶性肿瘤发生率明显增加。当子宫内膜≤4mm时 ,99 0 7%为生理性改变 ,而子宫内膜癌的无 1例≤ 4mm。结论　绝经后阴道出血的主要原因为非器质性疾病 ,故当患者年龄轻 (<60岁 )、绝经年限短 (<1 0年 )、出血时间短 (<2月 )及子宫内膜≤4mm时 ,可考虑暂缓诊刮更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To an alyse the causes of postmenopausal vagin al bleeding and the clinical evidence of curettage.Methods The clinical and pat hological data of 370 cases with postmen opausal vaginal bleeding were retrospect ively analyzed.Results The causes of postme n opausal bleeding were as follows: bleeding with no organic disease(57.63%) ,benign dise ase bleeding(27.56%),malignant tumor ble eding(14.59%).The incidences of malignant tumor bleeding w ere signific antly higher in senile women(>60yr)with l onger duration of menopausel(>10yr)and l o nger bleeding were from bleeding to firs t pre sentation(>2 months).When endometrial th ickness was ≤4mm,99.07% of cases showed physiological changes,and none of endometrial cancer cases had endometrial thickness of ≤4mm.Conclusion Diseas es with no organic changes ove the main cause of postmenopausal va ginal bleeding.The curettage should be p ostponed in relatively young women(<60yr ) with short er duration of menopause(<10yr) and shor ter period of bleeding(<2months).更多还原
