【摘要】 目的　探讨贝那普利对老年高血压病患者脉压与左心室肥厚的影响。方法　 90例年龄≥ 60岁的老年高血压病合并左室肥厚的患者给予贝那普利治疗 1 5年 ,治疗前后通过 2 4h动态血压及超声心动图分别检测患者脉压及室间隔和左室后壁厚度 ,对比其治疗前后的变化。结果　本组患者脉压由治疗前的 68± 5mmHg减少为治疗后的 5 9± 8mmHg(P <0 0 5 )。室间隔、左室后壁厚度以及左心室重量指数治疗后均有下降 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　长期服用贝那普利可缩小老年高血压病患者的脉压 ,逆转其左心室的肥厚更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of benazepril on pulse pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with gerontal hypertension.Methods Patients essential hypertension,with aged 60 years or older(n=90),underwent ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM)and ultrasonic cardiography(UCG),and were given benazepril 10 to 20 mg once or twice a day,After 1.5 years of treatment the patients underwent ABPM and UCG again,Pulse pressure and the left ventricular construction including the thickness of interventricular septum snd posterior wall were assessed again and compared with those before treatment.Results Pulse pressure decreased from 68±5mmHg to 59±8mmHg(P<0.05),and at the same time,the thickness of interventricular septum snd posterior wall were also reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term treatment of benazepril can effectively decrease pulse pressure and reverse left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with gerontal hypertension.更多还原
