基于有限元法的枢轴宝石轴承结构优选设计
The Optimization of Pivot Jewel Bearing by the Aid ofFinite Element Method
【摘要】 利用有限元法进行枢轴宝石轴承的结构优选设计,完成了三种结构的枢轴宝石轴承的接触应力对比分析。研究结果表明,与传统的球头半径小于球窝的轴承结构相比,改进的球头半径大于球窝的结构改善了轴承的磨损状况,而双弧面球头结构可使接触应力进一步降低,大大改善轴承的运行状态,能大幅度提高轴承寿命。
【Abstract】 The pivot jewel bearing is optimized by the aidof Finite Element Method, the contact stress of three typesof bearings is obtained. The result shows that the new jewelbearing appears excellent tribological characteristicscontrast of traditional bearing, and the two arcs bearing notonly has the lowest contact stress, but also reduces wearrate greatly.
