【摘要】 为了研究感染IBDV雏鸡外周血液变化,采用白细胞分类计数和针挑血滴法,对人工感染IBDV30日龄雏鸡后72h、96h、120h外周血液变化进行研究。结果表明:嗜中性WBC、淋巴细胞减少,嗜碱性WBC增加,血凝时间延长,并有一定的变化规律;而嗜酸性WBC、单核细胞无明显变化。说明人工感染IBDV后,对雏鸡外周血液确有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Peripheral blood cell changes in chicken of30day of age infected with IBDV were studied.The results showed that the number of WBC and lymphocyts tended to decrease,while the number of basophiles and the time of blood -ecmeented increased sharply,compared with the contrast.The effect of IBDV on the number of esoinophiles and monocytes was not significant.更多还原
