【摘要】 作者在一饲养母猪500头的猪场,选择不同日龄(即10、15、17、20、23、24、25日龄)的仔猪,将其分别放入具有空调设施的无菌室,对其进行伪狂犬病病毒(ADV)、猪繁殖、呼吸障害病毒(PRRSV)、猪喘气病病原体(Mhp)、萎缩性鼻炎致病菌(Bb),多杀性巴氏杆菌(PM)、胸膜肺炎放线菌(APP)的菌分离。结果表明,最早能分离到病原菌的日龄为10日龄,分离到的病原菌有ADV、PRRSV和Mhp。此外,到17日龄时才分离到PM,但未分离到App和Bb病原菌。更多还原
