【Abstract】 From 1887 to the early 20th century, all the laws, with the promulgation of Meiji constitution as the symbol , including civil law and business law, followed the tradition of German ideology. As an epoch-making turning point in Japanese history, the establishment of Meiji constitutional system marked the recession of British, American and French ideology which had greatly influenced Japanese ideology, especially political and legal ideology. Taking the simulation of Prussian constitution as the breakthrough point, it ushered in the prime of absorbing German ideology comprehensively and extensively.更多还原
