新生儿感染性肺炎T细胞亚群与免疫球蛋白的关系探讨
Research on Relations between T Lymphocyte Subpopulations and Immunoglobulin G and Its Subclasses in Newborn Infants with Infectious Pneumonia by Different Pathogen
【摘要】 目的 :探讨新生儿感染性肺炎T细胞亚群与IgG及其亚类的关系。方法 :对 111例感染性肺炎患儿和 3 0例对照组新生儿T淋巴细胞亚群、IgG及其亚类进行检测和分析。结果 :CD3、CD4细胞数量为肺炎组 <对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。其中 ,CD3、CD4细胞数量为细菌性肺炎组 <对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。CD8、CD4/CD8、IgG、IgG1、IgG2、IgG3、IgG4肺炎各组和对照组比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :当新生儿因感染而出现免疫功能紊乱时 ,应首先纠正细胞免疫缺陷 ,合理补充免疫球蛋白
【Abstract】 Objectives:To explore relations between T lymphocyte subpopulations and IgG and its subclasses in newborn infants with infectious pneumonia by different pathogen.Methods:T lymphocyte subpopulations,immunoglobulin G and its subclasses were detected in 111 infants with infectious pneumonia and 30 control infants. The detecting data were analyzed.Results:The numbers of CD4 and CD3 cell for infants with pneumonias were less than those of the control group. Among of them, the numbers of CD3 and CD4 cell for infants with bacterial pneumonia were less than those of the control group. There were no significant difference of CD8 cell number,CD4/CD8,concentration of serum IgG and its subclasses(IgG1-4)between pneumonia group and the control group. Conclusions:When immune status of infants with infectious pneumonia is disordered, cellular immunity should be put right first and complement immunoglobulin.
