【摘要】 目的 :探讨肿瘤特异生长因子 (TSGF)与总唾液酸 (SA)的联合检测对部分肿瘤诊断的意义。方法 :采用福建新大陆生物技术有限公司提供的TSGF癌症快速诊断试剂盒与山东潍坊 3V生物有限公司提供的总唾液酸试剂盒对临床诊断为恶性肿瘤的病人 12 4例、良性肿瘤病人 36例、正常健康人 5 0例分别进行TSGF、SA检测。结果 :恶性肿瘤TSGF平均阳性检出率为 80 6% ,SA平均阳性检出率为 62 9% ,双指标联合检测 ,灵敏度可达 90 3% ,特异性达 92 %。结论 :TS GF、SA的检测对以下几类肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断有一定的意义 ,二者联合检测可以大大提高恶性肿瘤检测的灵敏度更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To evaluate evaluation of diagnosis value of joint test of TSGF and SA on cancer. Methods:Using the reagent made by Fujian Newland Biotech Ltd for TSGF rapid test and the other reagent made by Shandong 3V Biotech Ltd for SA to test the 124 patients with malignant tumor, the 36 patients with tumor benign and the 50 normal persons. Results:The average positive rate of TSGF for patients with malignant tumor is 80.6%, and the average positive rate of SA is 62.9%. The sensitivity of the joint test is 90.3%, and the specificity is 92%. Conclusions:The joint test can increase the test sensitivity of malignant tumor.更多还原
