荷移光谱法测定烟草中烟碱的含量
Charge Transfer Spectrophotometric Determination of Nicotine in the Tobacco
【摘要】 研究了氯冉酸与烟碱的反应,确定了反应条件.氯冉酸与烟碱的络合物的最大吸收波长为530nm.在乙醇、甲醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、正庚醇、正己醇溶剂中,烟碱的浓度在0.04~0.40mg/mL范围内呈线性关系.该方法重现性好,灵敏度高,操作简单,用于测定烟草中烟碱的含量,精密度好,RSD为1.05%.测定烟草中烟碱的回收率为98%~103%,结果令人满意.
【Abstract】 A simple, sensitive spectrophotometric method for determining nicotine is described. The charge transfer reaction between chloranilic acid and nicotine in the organic solvents is studied. The product of reaction has maximum absorbance at 530 nm. Beer’s law is obeyed in the rang of 0.04~0.40 mg/mL of nicotine. This method of good reappearance, high sensitivity and simple operation. The recovery of nicotine in tobacco is 98%~103%. The result is satisfactory.
