腐殖酸对土壤汞、镉、铅植物可利用性的影响
Effects of Phyto-availability on Hg, Cd, Pb in Soil by Humus
【摘要】 研究了腐殖酸对污染土壤中Hg、Cd、Pb活性的影响及其在植物体内的积累效应。分析表明:腐殖酸能增加土壤Hg、Pb的残留量,减少Hg、Pb的植物可利用性。腐殖酸能有效地抑制Hg在植物叶中的富集,在施用量为6 0t/hm2时植物体Hg含量下降了67 0%,施用量为3 0t/hm2时植物体Pb含量下降了23 0%。
【Abstract】 Pot experiments were carried out to study the effect and accumulation in plants of humus on the ameliouation of Hg, Cd, Pb polluted soil. The results show that humus can cause increase in residual Hg, Pb and reduce phytoavailability of Hg, Pb. Humus can restrain Hg accumulation in the part of leaf effectively. The content of Hg in plants reduces by 670% after 60?t/hm2 humus is added, the content of Pb in plants reduces by 230% after 30?t/hm2 of humus is used.
