旋转切向流PA管式膜微滤试验研究
TESTING RESEARCH ON POLYPROPYLENE TUBULAR MEMBRANE MICROFILTRATION IN ROTATING TANGENTIAL FLOW
【摘要】 实验研究了旋转切向流聚丙烯PA管式膜微滤。通过建立的旋转切向流强化微滤实验装置系统,测定了旋转直线切向流和旋转圆弧切向流PA管式膜在不同SiO2悬浮液浓度和不同流体压力下的膜通量随时间的变化曲线。实验研究结果表明,旋转切向流强化微滤不但节能,而且系统结构简单。
【Abstract】 Polypropylene tubular membrane microfiltration in rotating flow was experimentally studied. Through the experimental system of rotating tangential flow which was set up to enhance the microfiltration, the polypropylene PA tubular membrane flux curves of rotating linear tangential flow and circular tangential flow were measured at different concentratins of SiO2 suspension and different fluid pressures. The experimental results show that the rotating tangential flow enhancing microfiltration is not only energy saving but also structure simplifying.
