SBR法处理丁二醇及PAM生产废水的动力学

【摘要】 用小型模拟的SBR反应器模拟了高浓度丁二醇及PAM生产混合废水的好氧生化处理过程,得出修正的Monod公式能较好地反映这种特定有机废水的降解规律,确定了其动力学参数,νmax=1.092d-1,ks=3358mg/L,得出这种废水生物降解反应级数n=0.8,反应速率常数k=0.204。试验结果表明,该方法处理丁二醇及PAM生产废水是经济可行的,其处理过程也比较简单,并对治理同类工业生产废水的设计和运行有一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 An imitated SBR reactor was used to imitate the aerobic biological degradation process of highconcentrated mixed waste water of butanediol and PAM production. It was found that the amendatory Monod formula could appropriately reflect the degradation law of this special organic wastewater.The kinetic constants such as :νmax=1.092?d-1,ks=3358?mg/L,the reaction progression of 0.8 and the degradation rate constants of 0.204 were obtained. The experiment result showed that this method is economical and feasible to treat butanediol and PAM production wastewater, the process is simple, and it is useful to the same kind wastewater treatment. 
