实现多函数的平面六杆可调机构优化综合
Kinematic Synthesis of Planar 6-bar Adjustable Watt Type Mechanism for Multi-function Generation
【摘要】 提出了通过调节中间杆的位置来实现多函数的平面六杆瓦特型可调机构及其综合方法。建立了综合非线性方程组。对位置调节进行分类,并给出每一类的约束方程。分析了调节设计变量个数、附加约束个数与实现的精确点个数之间的关系。给出了一个数字实例,针对实现两任务的平面六杆机构,根据曲柄存在和传动特性等条件,选出合理的解,证明了这种方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a method to synthesize planar 6bar adjustable Watttype mechanism for multifunction generation by adjusting the position of the middle follower. A set of nonlinear equations of kinematic synthesis are established. The adjustment of position is classified, and the corresponding constraint equations are presented. The relation between the number of the constraints, the number of the precision points and the number of variables is analyzed. A numerical example is given to prove the effectiveness of the method.
