【Abstract】 The key of product innovation is to obtain innovative idea during conception design. The innovation is defined as the result of eliminating potential conflicts between parameters.By using TRIZ, the conflicts can be eliminated, and the innovative conception design results can be obtained. The innovatory conceptions with strong competition can be obtained by applying TRIZ to the process of conception design, which the course of invention can be dramatically picked up,also high quality innovative products can be obtained.
