【Abstract】 Administrative authorization being a means of disposing resources influences the private good directly. The author put s forward her own opinion of the characters of administrative authorization from the difference between public benefit and private benefit. Then, the author advances some suggestion on the legislation of administrative authorization from two sides. One is the scope of the administrative authorization; the other is the legislative power of the specific kinds of the administrative authorization.更多还原
