【摘要】 从资源基础理论的角度看,企业的成长过程实际上就是资源的累积过程,也是企业资源配置能力提高的过程。小企业由于存在着发展阶段性的原因,在资源上表现为资源基础的薄弱性以及获取资源、配置资源能力的有限性。为了克服资源配置能力的不足,实现小企业的持续成长,小企业可以通过流程再造的方式整合内部资源,通过资源外取的方式引入外部资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the perspective of resourcebased theory, the growth of firms is actually a process of the accumulation of resources and also a process of growing ability for the firms to allocate resources. Because of their development stage, small firms are weak in the accumulation of the resources, limited in the ability to allocate resources.
