【摘要】 政府采购中的寻租与腐败问题早已引起世人的关注,但其形成机理,目前学术界研究的较少。所以,本文从纯经济学的角度对分散性政府采购过程中的寻租形成过程、寻租对经济和社会的影响进行了较为系统的分析。通过研究发现:单靠非经济手段(如制度、法律、教育等)无法完全解决政府采购中的寻租问题,只有通过经济手段和非经济手段双管齐下方能成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rentseeking and the corruption problem in the government procurement is well known, but there is still little research on its forming mechanism in the present literature. The paper makes a systematic analysis the forming process in the process of dispersed government procurement, its effects on economy and the society only from a pure economic angel. We have found through the research that rentseeking problem can’t be resolved by the noneconomic means only ( such as system, law, education, etc.); it could only be solved by the combined efforts of economic and the noneconomic means.更多还原
