【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the agglomeration effects of financial centers and the effects of external economies of scale. It also analyzes the important determinants of financial institutions optimal location with the theory of industrial location. It puts a lot of emphasis on the four areas in which the local government can work effectively to attract financial institutions to agglomerate in the competition among cities of financial center: area cost advantages, the quantity and quality of human resource, the superiority and safety of tele-communication and the regulation environment and tax system.更多还原
