【摘要】 本文在对城市土地利用系统分析研究的基础上,以山东省泰安市为例,从资源环境、经济、社会三个方面构建了适合中等城市土地可持续利用的评价指标体系,共选取了32个参评因子,对泰安市1997年城市土地可持续利用状况进行了综合评价。结果表明,目前泰安市土地利用仍处于初步可持续利用阶段。针对评价结果,对泰安市城市土地利用中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了促进城市土地可持续利用的几项对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis analysis of synthetically system of urban land use, the auther takes Tai an of Shandong as an example and structures medium - sized city land sustainable use evaluation index system of resource environment, economy and society from three respect . Choosing 32 factor of evaluating, the auther carries on comprehensive appraisal sustainable urban land use state in Tai’ an city in 1997 . The results indicate that: land use of Tai’ an is still at preliminary sustainable use stage at present. To appraising the result, the question that existed in urban land use of Tai’ an city has been analysed . Eventually, the auther proposes promoting several countermeasures of sustainable use of urban land.更多还原
