【Abstract】 Solution of colchicine with the concentration of 0.2%, was applied it on young shoots of tea to induce polyploids. The result of orthognal experiment indicates that the treatment of colchicine continues 4 days after the shoots were overshadowed for 3days, the effect of induction is the best . The induced leaves examined with microscope ,the number of leaves’ guard cells of stoma increase distinctly. We choosed out 18 shoots as induced and compared with the ck, the result was remarkable or very remarkable.更多还原
